Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RevenueShield. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

RevenueShield helps merchants organize dispute evidence, detect revenue leaks, and generate dispute response materials. We provide tools and AI-assisted drafts — we do not guarantee any dispute outcome, recovery amount, or win rate. You are responsible for reviewing all generated materials before submitting them to a payment processor and for their accuracy.

Your account & data

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service, including maintaining anonymized, aggregated statistics that never identify you, your store, or your customers.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no submitting fabricated evidence, no unlawful use, no attempting to access other organizations' data, no reselling without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made by payment processors or card networks.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated via the service or email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
